Fantasmatic Conscious Dreaming with Ysel
The essential axis of this workshop is the extended state of consciousness under hypnosis, induced by voice and sounds, as well as the exploration of fantasmatic conscious dreams. Fantasies under hypnosis give us access to undreamed-of journeys, the symbolisation of our most hidden desires, the discovery of unprecedented sensations, the infatuations of the unknown, pleasure drawn from a film that is impossible to make in shared reality.
Each participant’s journey is unique, psychic, dreamlike, erotic, emotional, sensory, sensual…inside of a motionless clothed body and without contact with the outside world.

Ysel’s domain is creative sensory exploration, and she uses approaches such as guided lucid dreaming, ericksonian hypnosis, shamanism, energy work, connecting to one’s own animal nature and intuitive touch.Her research has led her to experiment with various techniques including intuition, synesthesia, rituals, daydreaming and nocturnal lucid dreaming, gender fluidity, etc.
She also experiments with different means of connection (synchronization, « to see and to be seen », energies, sounds …) and various physical approaches, such as with and without moving in relation to the partner(s).
