The Art of Creepy Touch

With Peter Banki, Ph.D.

In the right context some of the behaviours we think are totally unacceptable can actually be really hot!

Within a context of enthusiastic, trauma-informed consent “creepiness” can turn us on.

How does this happen?

Because the erotic mind loves to play. Under the right circumstances it is able to take what is otherwise negative and transform it into something new and unexpected.

Come playfully acknowledge your inner creep and prankster!

Come playfully acknowledge your inner “victim”!

Not only for the sheer fun of it, but also because acknowledging and integrating our shadows may actually help us to get our deeper needs met.

Today there is a great deal of focus on harm minimisation in spaces of permission. While this focus is important, people today sometimes become so fearful and worried about doing the wrong thing that they become frozen and unable to express themselves authentically.

A solution to this energetic impasse may be found in the concept of play.
