After attending Erotic Living’s “Loving Kink Festival,” in July 2019, Lauren Kat became entranced by the wild and wonderful ways that individuals can communicate and engage with each other through the lens of sexual fantasies. Through completing her Master’s at the University of Sydney in Health Communications with a focus on sexuality and sexual health in the LGBTQI+ community, Lauren seeks to combine the seemingly contradictory worlds of medicine with the magic that comes from tantra and kink. Embracing a new future of inclusive sexual education is the ever-evolving goal of the work that Lauren seeks to be involved in.
