Exploring our Ecological Grief

  • Erotic Living Inc (map)

Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed by the environmental changes and losses that we are all experiencing? Do you find yourself turning away or trying not to think about newscasts that speak about what is happening today because it’s too overwhelming? Do you feel a sense of despair, dread, anxiety about what is to come as climate impacts worsen?

Sometimes we don’t even have words for it.

It is extremely important that we grieve the losses that we experience on a day-to-day basis. If we don’t grieve, we harden our hearts and lose connection to who and what we love.

Facilitated by Natalia Je and Peter Banki this workshop offers you a shared and supported space to explore your feelings and thoughts about ecological loss.

This workshop is not about making anyone feel bad because they are not doing enough. It comes from the idea that before any deep change may happen, we first need to acknowledge our feelings and have a space to share and be held in them.
