Are you experiencing grief at the moment? Grief for the loss of loved one through death or separation? Grief for things lost due to your changes in your life, lost time, lost capacity? For every change we experience there is grief. Sometimes imperceptibly.
Grief is an inevitable part of living and loving. it is so important in our time to have a space in community to acknowledge one’s grief and to share it. It is the sharing that makes grief survivable and opens us to the possibility to grow from what we’ve experienced.
Join Aviva Pinkus and Peter Banki for a ritualistic based evening bringing music and other creative modalities to grief. There will be a circle to share what’s alive in us, sound healing, meditation and a space to make offerings and share images and other important objects.
It is an evening for anyone who has experienced any form of loss and wishes to be in community.
