Have you had a challenging psychedelic experience or one that you have struggled to make sense of? Do you yearn for a community where you can reflect on and share your non-ordinary states of consciousness with others? 

The integration circle will offer a compassionate, curious and confidential space for those who have used psychedelics or have accessed extraordinary states via other means (such as breathwork, fasting, experiences known as ‘psychosis’ or spiritual emergency).  

You will be offered an opportunity to openly explore and share your encounters. Small group sharing, drawing and writing, as well as movement, breathwork and/or meditation may be employed to provide you with different avenues to work through your journey(s). The intention of this session is for the insights received through the non-ordinary experiences to become embodied and integrated into one’s life, instead of a collection of memories that quickly fade into the background. 

We acknowledge that the use of psychedelics continues in our society despite a long history of criminalisation. This group neither encourages nor condemns the use of psychoactive substances. We provide education and harm minimisation interventions to those who make their own choice to partake. 

Natalia (she/her) grew up in Poland and settled in Australia 20 years ago. She is a social worker, body researcher and plant medicine enthusiast. She has spent the last decade working in drug and alcohol, “mental health”/psychiatric complex and the disability sector. Before that, she worked as a Hawaiian bodyworker and massage therapist for 8 years. She has been part of the Erotic Living community since 2011.

Current interests: rock climbing, black holes, Internal Family Systems, subtle embodied states.
