Have you considered suicide?
We do not ask this question flippantly.
The philosopher, Albert Camus, argued that suicide is the most urgent philosophical question.
All other questions presuppose an answer to this one.
Suicide is an occupational hazard for anyone really.
Some of our friends, who are philosophers, have chosen to end their lives.
In this session we will engage personal and philosophical reflections on the pleasures and hazards of an examined life. We will share what philosophers such as Camus, Hegel, Socrates and others have had to say on the topic.
When? Monday, 8th August @ 7:30pm (AEST)
Cost? $27 (EL Members Free)
