Important Information about Into the Wild 2019
Thank you for booking for the 2019 edition of Into the Wild. I hope you are as excited as we are. We would like to share with you some important information that will help make your festival experience as easy and amazing as possible.

ARRIVAL TIMES
You are welcome to arrive at the Bush Retreat from 6pm Friday 25th January. Please do not arrive before that, because we wont be ready for you. Dinner will be served from 7:30pm.
You can arrive also on Saturday 27th January anytime up to 2pm. There are workshops on Saturday morning from 11am, which you are welcome to attend. However, to gain entry to the festival you must arrive in time to be at the Festival Opening at 2pm. If you can't do that, please let us know ASAP.
WHAT TO BRING
Sheets and towels, mosquito repellent, ear plugs (cicadas are very loud), eye masks, also because there are no curtains in the some of the rooms, a torch, sunscreen, water bottle (Those who know they are staying in the Round House do not need to bring sheets.)
Materials for safer sex (gloves, condoms, lube), sex toys (if you have).
Loose comfortable clothes for daytime workshops and costumes are good for evening activities. It is not appropriate to wear jeans and t-shirt for the evening activities: Elegant, fetish, sexy, deviant, androgynous, flamboyant, gender fluid, cross-dress, outrageous. (If this requirement makes you anxious, don't worry, we will have plenty of play costumes on hand to help you.)
BYO wine for meals, if you wish.
CATERING
Catering for the festival may be purchased directly from Amanda Christensen from Ka Lani Lu'au Catering. All food is gluten free. Most food is vegetarian. However, there will be an occasional fish and chicken dish. If you are vegan or have any allergies (such as nuts and dairy, garlic, onions, fish), please let us know ASAP, so the caterer can take this into account in her menu. TRAVEL TO AND FROM THE RETREAT
If you are seeking a ride share to the festival from Sydney or you are planning to come by train (from Sydney airport or Central station), please fill in the form here and we will contact you to advise you on what to do. We have several people who have offered to assist you with ride shares from Sydney or Bomaderry train station.
