Catering at Into the Wild 2021 (Winter)

ITW has its own full time caterer on site, Marcin Paszkowski, who will be preparing food during the whole 8 six days. You can also self-cater, if you wish.  The town of Katoomba is also a 10 minute drive away where you can purchase anything you may need.

Toast - either gluten free or sourdough with assorted spreads and jams plus a fruit platter.

Green curry with vegetables and tofu served with steamed jasmine rice (mild spicy)

Mediterranean platter: hummus, baba ghanoush, tabbouleh salad and falafels.
