This workshop is an inquiry which aims to explore the gap between the physical technical tools of contact improvisation and the infinite possibilities of contact improvisation that become available when we allow our spirit to dance with another.

Like a form of medicine, this dance, Christine believes, is so popular as it offers us a space to reconnect with each other, with our self and therefore essentially to the Earth.

We live in a time where we as humanity have lost our natural ability to feel in touch with the planet, the forces of nature, the divine flow of life constantly creating and moving everything in and around us. Touch is essential for life. Consciousness in contact is a choice. It is time to re-connect.
