Max daRoza is a multi-medium artist and fire performer. He is the Co-Creator of SCRAP Art Gallery and Co-op in Enmore, Sydney and a Founding member of Space Creative Collective.

As an artist producing sculptural institutions, paintings and photographs, Max is fascinated with the power and outcomes of self expression, and has therefore spent much of his creative career as a curator for artistic events and spaces.

Inspired by the work of the School, Max has been involved since 2017, and is committed to promoting avante-garde culture through art.

“I want to create spaces that allow freedom of expression, where people can react freely to the environment and whatever arises. I aim to unbuckle people from the chains of conditioning and stimulate radical free expression.”
